Proving ground 'Nova-17'

For the past decades Proving Ground "Nova-17" was the main place of testing all new ships and weapons, but eventually the tests moved to a specially equipped stataion and "Nova-17" became the property of UMC. Now it's used to train new mercenary recruits to boost their fighting capacity and improve reaction in the field.
